How do I enter my Customer Area?
Just click on "Enter" at the top of the homepage, and then whenever you want to go to your Client Area just click on your "Name."
How can I change my e-mail address and user details?
You only have to "Login" to enter your alboompic Client Area and go to "Manage Addresses".

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
Press "Enter" and then click the link "Forgot your password?" to create a new one. Please note: the e-mail we send you may have gone to your SPAM folder of your inbox. If it does not immediately appear in your inbox folder of your email account, check please, the SPAM folder.
On your client area, you can change your password whenever you want on Personal Data.
How do I close / cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your account, send us an email to [email protected].

We are committed to answer all the questions of our clients within a maximum of 48 hours. But we can already assure you that we will do everything in our power to respond to you long before that period. Send an e-mail to: [email protected].
