After receiving for the first time the design of your photobook you can request changes online, however in a limited way. Changes can be from the change of place or adjustment of images until the placing of phrases within the photobook, among others. Your comments will be seen by the designer who produced the photobook, which will make the changes according to your specifications. Within 3 working days you will be able to review online again the changed design for approval.

After hundreds of albums, our experience tells us that if we can not reach your expectations after two design changes, we are not the best service for the design of your photobook. You can cancel your order before sending to print, and we will refund by bank transfer without any associated cost, the amount you paid for preparation of design (25% of the photobook).
