Just follow the steps of the order after you click "Start Design Service", "add photos" and "Submit". We have an intelligent upload  system specifically developed for our site so that it is not necessary to install a software by the Customer.

We use computers and highly advanced and secure servers that receive and store your photos quickly. However, the upload speed also depends on your Internet connection and the number of pictures you send. The upload process can take between a few minutes and an hour or more. There is a progress bar for the submission of each photo (upload) and all the pictures you added, which shows the state of the sending of the photos added as well as the estimated time to completion.

From the moment you request the design of the photobook, you no longer have access to copies of your photos on our site because they are being used by our designers in creating your photobook. Do not use our site as a storage location of your photos.

YES and free of charge! We give you the chance to make photobooks with your photos and the ones your friends took! To do this go to the customer area (photobook) and click "Invite Friends to Join".You will then be able to send an authorization through the site to all your friends who want to contribute with photos to your photobook. Your friends will receive an email with a link through which they will be allowed to put photos on your order. They will never be able to change your order, they will only have permission to add photos. You can then select the photos you want for your photobook or let our designers make the selection for you (extra charge of €19.80), and inform us which photos you want to have more prominence and those to be used on the cover and back cover. You always have full control of the order!

Our upload process intelligently stores each photo after it has been sent, so even if your connection is interrupted photos that have already been sent will not be lost. There is also a progress bar for the submission of each photo (upload) and also for all the pictures you added, which shows the state of the upload process of individual and global pictures. Yes, if it is done before making the payment of 25% of the total order (design of your photobook).
No, if you want to add photos after the payment of 25% (for our designers to create the design of your photobook).

As soon as you pay the initial 25% our designers will begin immediately to prepare your photobook based on the photos and sequence you sent creating a script for your photobook based on these photos. Each photograph is therefore part of a sequence. Once you start the design process (after payment of 25% of the total order), we cannot accept more photos.

If you really need to add more photos, you will have to cancel that order and start a new order, ensuring that the order has all the photos you want before paying the 25% (design creation of your photobook).

Note: You can only add photos to an order (photobook in progress) if you have not made ​​the payment of 25% for the creation of design.

- The minimum size of each photo we accept is 200kb (0.2 megabytes). Ideally each picture should be at least 1000KB (1 megabyte), so that our designers can make the best use of your photos.

- File Format: We accept photos in jpeg format (jpg) or PNG. We advise not to put photos "scanned" unless they have a lot of quality when viewed in detail. If your photos do not have one of the formats mentioned, we advise you to search for a conversion program for one of these formats on the Internet through a simple Google search.

Tip: To confirm the above details, you just have to push the mouse right button on a picture (or ctrl + click on a Mac) and go to Properties. You can also see the pictures in "details" in Windows Explorer to see the file size (next to the name).
