In the event of your album being delivered with damage or manufacturing defects you will have to save all packaging and must notify us immediately to: [email protected] within 14 days after delivery.

We will contact you immediately to arrange how you will return the photobook that was damaged and how we will make the switch to a photobook exactly the same as you ordered, but this time without defects or damage.
